How to import a private key into BlueWallet

Import your custom address key into the BlueWallet wallet.

BlueWallet is a popular open-source Bitcoin wallet for mobile and desktop. You can import the private key we generated for your custom address directly into it, then use the address like any other.

    Open the import screen

    Open BlueWallet and tap Import wallet to open the import screen, where you will import the private key we generated for your custom address.

    Paste your key and import

    Paste or scan the WIF private key we emailed you into the import field, then confirm. BlueWallet detects the key and adds your custom address to the wallets list, ready to use.

Your custom address is now imported into BlueWallet. For long-term safety, consider sweeping the balance into a wallet whose recovery phrase you control.
